Summary

Assist the dental sales team in promoting our dental services. Participate in client development, product promotion, market intelligence collection and daily sales support, so as to accumulate professional sales experience in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

1.   Assist in collecting and organizing potential customer information, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other medical institutions.

2.   Accompany sales representatives to visit clients, conduct product introductions, communicate client needs and record feedback.

3.   Conduct preliminary client follow-up via telephone, WeChat and email to maintain client relationships.

4.   Assist in sorting sales data, updating customer files and recording sales progress.

5.   Collect market trends, competitor information, pricing strategies and industry policies.

6.   Support offline academic promotion meetings, product training sessions and exhibition activities.

7.   Assist in after-sales coordination, product delivery follow-up and client feedback collection.

8.    Complete other sales support tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

9.   Current undergraduate or postgraduate student, majoring in Marketing, International Trade, Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy or related fields.

10.           Strong interest in the medical industry and sales career, proactive and motivated.

11.           Outgoing personality, good communication skills, learning ability and teamwork spirit.

12.           Detail-oriented and responsible, able to complete data sorting and documentation work.

13.           Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

14.           Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months.

Preferred Qualifications

15.           Previous internship experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales or medical institutions.

16.           Basic knowledge of medical devices, hospital workflow or medical terminology.

17.           Ability to travel appropriately for client visits and market activities.

18.           Good English reading and writing skills.
