Basic computer operational skills for organizing student data logs.
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, student recruitment, education consultancy, sales, or business development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned district or region.
Good networking and relationship management skills.
Experience in education consultancy or student recruitment will be considered an advantage.
Job Context:
To scale operations across 30 active operating districts, GRT Global Services is appointing 30 Regional Territory Managers / District Coordinators. These professionals will serve as our localized field forces, building brand presence, organizing academic campus campaigns, and generating a continuous student pipeline for South Korea and Japan studies.
Employment Status: Full-time / Field-based
Job Location: Assigned Regional Districts.
Report to: Business Development Manager
Preferred Work Locations / Field Coverage Areas: Candidates willing to work in any of the following districts will be given preference:
Dhaka Region: Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Narsingdi, Tangail, Rajbari, Faridpur
Chattogram Region: Chattogram, Cumilla, Noakhali, Feni, Chandpur, Lakshmipur
Khulna Region: Jashore Khulna, Kushtia, Magura
Rajshahi Region: Bogura, Rajshahi,Rangpur, Natore
Barishal Region: Barishal
Mymensingh Region: Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
Promote GRT Global Service's study abroad programs within the assigned district or region.
Develop and maintain relationships with education centers, and local educational institutions.
Organize student seminars, education fairs, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
Identify and registration prospective students interested in studying abroad, particularly in South Korea, Japan, Australia, and other destinations.
Conduct initial student counseling with Business Development Manager and refer qualified applicants to the Head Office for detailed admission processing.
Build and maintain a network of local referral partners, agents, and educational consultants.
Follow up with prospective students and parents regarding admission opportunities and application procedures.
Achieve monthly student recruitment and lead generation targets.
Submit regular activity and performance reports to the Head Office.
Represent GRT Global Service professionally in all local marketing and recruitment activities
BDT 15,000 – 22,000 per month (based on qualifications, performance, and successful completion of assigned responsibilities)
