  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software

  • Basic understanding of balance sheet and financial reporting

  • Honest, responsible, and hardworking

  • Good communication and reporting skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts or office management. Candidates with relevant experience will be given priority

  • Experience in mobile distribution/trading company will be an advantage

  • Fresh graduate with strong accounting and computer skills may apply



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain daily accounts, bank reconciliation & Prepare balance sheet, income statement, and financial reports

  • Monitor product purchase and sales records properly

  • Monitor retailer due/receivable accounts regularly and take necessary follow-up actions for overdue payments or any account mismatch

  • Communicate with territory executive regarding payment status, outstanding dues, and account reconciliation

  • Identify gaps or irregularities in retailer accounts and report to management immediately

  • Regularly update and report accounts information to management

  • Maintain accounts in billing master/trade management software accurately

  • Check stock, invoices, delivery records, and payment documents

  • Ensure all accounts records are updated correctly and on time

  • Support office administration and coordination activities

  • Maintain confidentiality of company financial information
