Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct periodic verification & review of all bond related transaction and activities.
Conduct audit verification of bond license, permissions, registrations and regulatory approvals to ensure validity & compliance.
Assess whether Bond facilities are being utilized in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Review compliance with custom bonded, warehouse regulation, NBR directives, SRO and related statutory provisions.
Conduct root cause analysis of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
