• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance & Banking

CA (CC)/ACA/ACMA/CMA/CPA preferred

Victor Bags Factory Ltd., a leading manufacturer and exporter in the bags/leather goods industry, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company goals

• Oversee accounts, finance, costing, taxation, VAT, and audit functions

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships (LC, loan, trade finance)

• Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, and performance analysis to the Board/Management

• Ensure compliance with NBR, Bangladesh Bank, and other regulatory requirements

• Lead cost control, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis for export and local business

• Supervise budgeting, internal controls, and risk management processes

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions

• Guide and mentor the finance & accounts team

• Support strategic decision-making, including investment, expansion, and cost optimization
