Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration with relevant professional experience may also apply.
Experience in project administration, office administration, or project accounts.
Hands-on experience in bill and voucher processing.
Knowledge of petty cash management and expense reconciliation.
Experience in vendor bill verification and finance coordination.
Ability to maintain project records and documentation with accuracy.
Strong coordination and communication skills for working with project teams and Head Office.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Ability to work at a project site in a fast-paced EPC environment.
Confidence Infrastructure Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Project Admin & Accounts to support the administrative and financial operations of its Landport EPC Project.
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day project administration, maintaining financial records, processing bills and vouchers, monitoring petty cash and project expenses, coordinating with Head Office Finance & Accounts, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance across project operations.
Project Administration:
Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the Landport project office and site.
Maintain physical and digital records, correspondence, filing systems, and project documentation.
Prepare and track official letters, memos, notices, and project correspondence.
Maintain attendance, leave, and staff movement records in coordination with HR.
Coordinate office facilities, stationery, accommodation, transportation, and travel arrangements for the project team.
Accounts & Financial Support:
Process project bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting financial documents.
Record and monitor project expenses, petty cash transactions, and reconciliations.
Verify contractor and vendor bills with approved supporting documents.
Coordinate with Head Office Finance & Accounts regarding payments, advances, reimbursements, and financial reporting.
Prepare project expense statements, reconciliations, and budget monitoring reports.
Track administrative expenses against approved budgets and report significant variances.
Compliance & Coordination:
Maintain complete financial and administrative records for audit purposes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of financial, commercial, and personnel information.
Support the Project Manager with other administrative and accounts-related responsibilities as required.
