Designation: Officer / Senior Officer – Accounts (Jute Industry)

🔷 Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bills, vouchers, journal entries, cash and payment transactions.

·         Handle bank dealings, fund management, cash flow and fund allocation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

·         Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconcile bank statements, registers, cash and ERP balances.

·         Maintain and verify accounting records using ERP/Tally/Excel, including ledgers, expenses, provisions and vendor reconciliations.

·         Prepare financial reports, expenditure statements, cash flow reports and management reports; support payroll/wage-related accounting where applicable.

·         Support internal & external audits, ensure compliance and documentation, and perform VAT/Mushak and other accounting-related activities as required.

🔷 Educational Requirements

BBA /MBA in Accounting/Finance from reputed university

CA (CC) or CA (Part Qualified) will be highly preferred

🔷 Experience Requirements

Minimum 03 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance within the Jute Industry.
