Responsibilities & Context:

1. Checking and verifying of Supplier's bill, Construction bill, Cash Payment, and different types of voucher as well.

2. Visit factory and regional offices frequently to conduct routine audit work and examine whether the operation process and other work is being performed according to the management guidelines.

3. Analysis of Inventory Management System and Verification of physical stock at factories and depots and regional offices on a regular basis.

4. Checking and verifying of material and service procurement system and proper documentation as per company policy.

5. Conduct pre-audit and post-audit on regular basis and report the observations on a specific timeline.

6. Conduct sales compliance audit.

7. Any other works assigned by the reporting boss.
