Responsibilities & Context:

Post/Designation: ERP (UFIDA ERP) Specialist for Finance Department.

Company: Shandong TJEJUN Electric Power Engineering Company Limited, Bangladesh Branch.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and monitoring of project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control reports using the UFIDA ERP solutions.

• Coordinating with project teams, contractors and vendors, payment follow-ups with Customers, invoice processing and financial reconciliations through the UFIDA ERP.

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to UFIDA ERP.

• Preparation of periodical financial statements, including expenditure statements and variance analyses, for management review using the ERP system.

Employment Status: Full time.

Educational Requirements: Graduate.

Experience Requirements:

• Extensive working experience, a minimum of 3 (three) years, of using UFIDA ERP.

• Experience in Managing Finance Department by using UFIDA ERP;

• Experience in trouble shooting of UFIDA ERP.

Other Requirements:

• Strong administrative skills;

• luent in English Reading, writing and speaking

• Fluent in Reading, Writing and speaking Mandarin

Age: Minimum 25 years.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary Range: Basic salary 1,800 USD (per month). Other benefits as per company policy.
