Responsibilities & Context:
Handle customer loan/credit collection and recovery activities.
Conduct field visits and communicate with customers for payment collection.
Maintain and update Excel sheets, databases, and collection records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Monitor and follow up on assigned cases and collection targets.
Coordinate with team members and provide regular updates to management.
Candidates with relevant experience, leadership skills, and team management capabilities may be considered for a Managerial position.
