Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage Pre Delinquent/ Delinquent accounts.
∎ Achieve assigned collection target.
∎ Record-Keeping & MIS: Maintain structured filing of all loan proposals, office notes, and decision memos.
∎ Keep accurate MIS for all proposals processed.
∎ Monitor and manage the collection process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of overdue accounts.
∎ Generate reports on credit collection performance and provide insights for process improvements.
∎ We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Collection Officer to join our Credit Recovery Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all collection requirements are met, documents are up-to-date, and submissions comply with regulations and company policies.
