Responsibilities & Context:
Accountant must be familiar with Tally or common accounting software.
Monthly bank statements with internal cash records.
Assist with payroll by providing salary-related updates to HR and entering payroll data.
Generating monthly, and other financial reports as needed Maintain ledger, cash book, money receipts (MR), and related records.
Disburse employee salaries and labor bills on time.
Verify vouchers and manage daily payment processing.
Prepare timekeeping and casual salary bills.
Perform any additional duties assigned by higher management.
Strong communication, team work and adoptability.
Prepare necessary documents for submission to Japan head office.
Highly preferable with well-known HR operations.
Prepare and maintain employee personal files, leave status, and monthly salary sheets.
Prepare montly customer sales report and company financial documents.
