Experience:
MBA/ Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance from a reputed university.
Preferred Professional Certification: Professional qualification (CA, VAT, TAX, Audit, RJSC) will be an added advantage.
10-to-12-year(s) experience in the following area(s) International Freight Forwarding Company & logistic service Accounting and Finance.
Good knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, tax, VAT and regulatory compliance.
Experience in inventory accounting, receivables management and fund control.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in ERP systems and office applications.
Checking on purchase dealing with banks. collaboration with payroll.
Sound knowledge on Taxation, Account finalization, Vendor management & Bank transactions handling. Invoicing, Accounts payable and Accounts Receivables.
Ability to work as a strong team player
Ability to work under pressure and flexible to work long hours when needed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership Skills & team player, ability to effectively direct and supervise team.
Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.

Job Responsibilities
Must be capable of internal audit.
To prepare and deliver various analytical reports as required by the management.
To prepare budget guideline and consolidate annual budget at Group level to ensure short term and long-term objectives of the company is met.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly & monthly budgets, fund requisitions and financial performance report.
To monitor the Receivable & Payable status of relevant entities time to time.
To ensure appropriate accounting posting as posted by each accounting team.
To establish control over Fixed Assets and ensure Appropriate Fixed Assets Register in the context of Financial Accounting.
To coordinate with other departments regarding all financial matter of the company.
To prepare, implement and up to date SOP and create awareness for adherence of the policies.
To perform any other duties as assigned by the management time to time
Should have Accounts Tally Software & Daily accounting voucher review Knowledge.
Have to Work with monthly Accounts closing.
To maintain company accounts, cash and bank transaction.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, vat, and others regulatory requirements.
