Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new export business opportunities in sea, air, and land freight.
- Maintain and grow relationships with export chents, agents, and overseas partners.
- Prepare competitive quotations, follow up inquiries, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly export sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates, reporting, and high customer satisfaction.
