Experience:

Experience :
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in management, preferably in foreign education consultancy, international admissions, or corporate sales.
Proven track record in leading teams, driving sales performance, and achieving business growth targets.
Experience in managing field operations or multi-branch / multi-district coordination will be considered a strong advantage.

GRT Global Services is a leading overseas student recruitment agency specializing in higher education placements for South Korea (D-2/D-4 visa processing) and Japan. We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven National Operations & Business Development Manager to head country-wide sales generation, govern our regional field network, and establish crucial institutional partnerships. This is a top-level executive assignment tracking nation-wide conversion performance and business profitability pipelines.
Report to: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the daily activities of Territory Managers, Divisional Coordinators, and regional executive teams across Bangladesh.
Set monthly and quarterly student enrollment and file opening targets and ensure all regional teams achieve their assigned goals.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular follow-up meetings to improve productivity of field executives.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on student inquiries, applications, admissions, team performance, and market activities for the Managing Director.
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's student enrollment network throughout Bangladesh.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, coaching centers, language institutes, and other education partners.
Travel regularly across different districts and divisions to establish partnerships and promote the company's services.
Plan, organize, and supervise education seminars, spot-admission events, workshops, and student counseling programs.
Monitor marketing activities and branch-level expenses to ensure effective use of company resources and achievement of business targets.
Ensure all student files and supporting documents are properly reviewed before submission to partner institutions and visa authorities.
Coordinate closely with the admission, documentation, marketing, and management teams to ensure smooth student processing and service delivery.
Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and partnership prospects to support the company's long-term growth.
Salary & Other Benefits:
Salary BDT 40,000 – 50,000 per month (based on qualifications, performance, and successful completion of assigned responsibilities).
