For Senior Executive:

  • 3–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Heavy Equipment industry.

For Assistant Manager:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with proven success in Heavy Equipment sales and marketing.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Sound understanding of Heavy Equipment products and market dynamics.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.

  • Willingness to travel across Bangladesh as required.

Job Context

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional for the position of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding market presence in the Heavy Equipment sector. Candidates with proven experience in heavy equipment sales and marketing are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Heavy Equipment market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, industrial clients, and key stakeholders.

  • Conduct client visits, product presentations, and negotiations to secure business opportunities.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers as per customer requirements.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market visit plans.

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
