Job Context
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive business growth in Bangladesh’s Power, Energy, Oil & Gas sectors. The role involves business development, client relationship management, tender participation, and project acquisition. Candidates with experience working with Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, National Grid, Petro Bangla, BPC, and related organizations will be given preference. Strong technical, mechanical, Chemical knowledge are essential.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities in power, energy, oil, gas, and industrial sectors.
Maintain strong relationships with government organizations, utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Prepare and participate in tenders, proposals, and technical-commercial negotiations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure successful project execution.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
