1. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, Inscape, Adobe Creative Suite).

2. Strong understanding of architectural and design principles and construction methods.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

5. Have management skills.

Job Context

We are seeking a talented and creative Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent technical skills, and a passion for transforming spaces. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and other professionals to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet project goals and client expectations.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

1. Develop and execute interior design and architectural concepts for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional spaces.

2. Conduct site visits and assessments to understand project requirements and constraints.

3.Monitoring the operation work as required design.

4. Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 etc.).

5. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.

6. Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.

7. Research materials, furnishings, and finishes to ensure quality and sustainability in design solutions.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies.

9. Solid high-end interior design experience, Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Working Drawings, Layout Design, Site Visit & 3D visualization.
