• Additional professional certifications in Finance, Accounting, or Corporate Governance will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Accounts, Finance, and Commercial Operations.

• Proven experience in a corporate environment with leadership responsibilities.

• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, treasury management, taxation, audit, and financial reporting.

• Experience in managing commercial activities, including LC, import/export documentation, banking, and contract management, will be highly preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Sound knowledge of IFRS/IAS, CMA, CPA, taxation laws, VAT regulations, and corporate finance practices.

• Proficiency in financial software, and MS Office applications.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Job Context

• We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic finance professional to join our organization as Chief Finance Officer (CFO). The incumbent will be responsible for leading the Accounts, Finance, Commercial, and Compliance functions of the organization, ensuring sound financial management, business sustainability, and regulatory compliance. Candidates with strong corporate finance experience and commercial operations expertise will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Accounts, Finance, Treasury, Taxation, Audit, and Commercial functions of the organization.

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and internal controls to support business objectives.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and investment planning.

• Oversee commercial operations, including LC management, import/export processes, and contractual financial obligations.

• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.

• Coordinate with external auditors, financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.

• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth and profitability.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team to ensure operational excellence.
