We are looking for talented Architect/Interior Designer who are able to conduct all types of architectural design focusing on finishing work/interior decoration work and have experience in relevant field.
Candidates must have knowledge about civil construction materials, interior finishing materials and their installation process. Preparing Architectural and Interior Design, Plan , Elevation and Section , with details working drawing . Ensuring that all works are carried out to specific standards , building codes , guidelines and regulation. Excellent graphical representation skill. Innovative and skilled in design development. Take the "brief" to identify clients needs and put together flexibility reports and design proposals. Develop ideas keeping in mind the clients needs , building usage and environmental impact. To implement other architectural related work as per the decision of Management. Moreover, the employee having the ability to make faster and more flexible decisions might be prioritized. Has to be a team player.
