Responsibilities & Context:
Good understanding of sales & marketing.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve the set sales target and objectives.
Provide ongoing performance feedback to the management to maximize team productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on interior design products, trends, and industry developments.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
Stay updated on interior design products, trends, and industry developments.
Work closely with other departments such as design, and estimation to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
