Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare Architectural and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with detail working drawing. Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design. Candidate must have management skill to handle project from start to finish. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations. Candidate have to skill to prepare financial budget for project. Excellent graphical representation skill. Innovative and skilled in design development. Take the "brief" to identify clients` needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals. Develop ideas keeping in mind client`s needs, building`s usage and environmental impact. Rajuk / CDA Drawings preparation. Skilled in Auto Cad 2D, 3D, Max,v-ray, Lumion and Photoshop will get extra priority. To implement other architectural-related work as per the decision of Management.
