Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description:  
Responsibilities:  

·        Coordinate and support daily business operations across departments.

·        Drive internal meetings. follow up on action items and deliverables.

·        Liaise effectively with Sales, Technical, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless execution

·        Maintain and organize business documentation, reports, and communication records

·        Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for internal and external stakeholders

·        Support leadership in executing strategic plans and operational improvements

·        Perform any other tasks assigned to attain support business goals

  

 Requirements:

·        Excellent written and verbal communication with interpersonal abilities.

·        Multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

·        Experience in administrative, coordination and business support roles may be an added advantage.
