  • Deputy Manager: 5-8 years of experience with team management exposure.

  • Manager: 8-12 years of experience in Sales & Business Development leadership roles.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

  • Construction Chemicals

  • Industrial Flooring (PU/Epoxy)

  • Waterproofing Systems

  • Cement Industry & RMC

  • Building Materials

  • Protective Coatings

  • Industrial or Technical Product Sales

  • Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building capability.

  • Sound knowledge of construction materials, industrial projects, and project sales.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and generate project sales.

  • Identify potential clients, projects, and market opportunities.

  • Build strong relationships with factory owners, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.

  • Promote Industrial Flooring (PU/Epoxy), Waterproofing Systems, Construction Chemicals, Concrete Repair Solutions, and Protective Coatings.

  • Prepare quotations, technical proposals, BOQs, tender documents, and project cost estimations.

  • Follow up on ongoing and upcoming industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
