Job Context

Relic Group is looking for a highly experienced, target-driven, and dynamic professional for the position of Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales & Marketing. The selected candidate will play a key leadership role in promoting Land Investment Opportunities and Housing Sector Plot Sales, generating investors and prospective clients, leading sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of organizational sales targets.

The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a Burning Desire to achieve outstanding sales results and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational targets.
• Generate new investors, leads, and prospective clients for land investment and plot sales of the projects.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project visits.
• Promote investment opportunities and explain project benefits to potential investors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Monitor team activities and ensure achievement of sales goals.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements effectively.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Contribute personally to sales performance and business growth.
