  • Must be willing to work in field sales and frequent client visits

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to deal with factory owners and corporate decision-makers

  • Basic understanding of industrial machinery or willingness to learn quickly

  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined personality

  • Ability to handle long sales cycles (not retail or FMCG style sales)

  • Digital Marketing, MS office

Preferred Background (High Priority Candidates)

  • Textile machinery sales professionals

  • Printing / UV / signage machine sales professionals

  • Industrial equipment sales (generator, HVAC, CNC, automation)

  • Insurance, Pharmaceuticals Sales Professionals.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Hasan Trade is a leading industrial machinery importer and solution provider in Bangladesh, serving Textile, Garments, Printing, Signage, & technological solutions.

We are looking for dynamic, field-oriented, and result-driven Sales & Marketing professionals who can develop strong B2B relationships with factory owners and industrial clients, promote industrial machinery solutions, and achieve sustainable sales growth.

This role is field-based and requires frequent client visits, technical understanding of machinery, and the ability to manage long-term industrial machinery sales cycles.

Job Location

  • Purana Paltan & Field Sales where necessary (All Bangladesh)

Job Responsibilities

  • Visit factories, industrial units, and corporate clients to generate new business opportunities

  • Promote industrial machinery, equipment, and technical solutions across assigned sectors

  • Identify and develop new clients in Textile, Garments, Printing industries

  • Conduct product presentation, demonstration, and basic technical explanation to clients

  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationship with factory owners, production managers, and decision-makers

  • Follow up on leads and manage end-to-end sales pipeline

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with internal technical teams

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets

  • Collect market intelligence and competitor activity updates

  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industrial events

  • Support after-sales coordination with service and technical teams
