Experience:
Diploma / BSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field
2–5 years of experience in industrial machine service, maintenance, or technical support
Freshers with strong mechanical/electrical knowledge may apply for Assistant Service Engineer
Experience in Textile, Printing, CNC, Laser, or Industrial Machinery will be highly preferred
Additional Requirements
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
Ability to work in factory/industrial environment
Willingness to travel across Bangladesh frequently
Ability to handle field service pressure and machine breakdown situations
Good communication skills for client interaction (technical support only)

We are seeking dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineers who will be responsible for ensuring smooth machine installation, operation, and maintenance at client factory sites. The role focuses on technical service, troubleshooting, and ensuring maximum machine uptime for customers.
Job Responsibilities
Perform installation, setup and commissioning of machinery at customer sites according to specifications and safety standards.
Troubshoot, repair and maintain all mechanical & electrical device on time.
Installation experience in any kinds of digital printing machinery using is Garments/Printing Industries.
Diagnose technical faults and troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
Coordinate with office to ensure availability and replacement of necessary spare parts.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate service records, including job reports, maintenance logs, and spare parts usage.
Prepare service reports and submit to the service manager in a timely manner.
Adhere to company safety policies and procedures during all service activities.
Alert for service 24/07 where necessary.
Must be well experienced in administration of maintenance department and provide quick solution to the problem
Support warranty service and post-installation technical assistance.
