Education:

• BBA/MBA in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• Graduates/Postgraduates in English/EEE/CSE with strong business communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

• 1–5 years relevant experience in International Sourcing, Foreign Communication, Procurement, Import/Export, International Business or Supply Chain.
• Fresh graduates with excellent English communication and strong commercial aptitude may also be considered for Executive.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent English communication and business correspondence skills.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of international sourcing, procurement and import processes.
• Ability to communicate confidently with Chinese and overseas suppliers.
• Good analytical and MS Excel skills.
• Proactive, organized and result-oriented.

Preferred / Advantage

• Experience in industrial machinery, textile/garments machinery, printing/digital printing/sublimation machinery, spare parts, China sourcing, machinery trading/import or B2B business will be preferred.

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded and result-oriented professional to manage international sourcing and supplier coordination while supporting new product sourcing, market development and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

International Sourcing & Supplier Development

• Identify and develop overseas manufacturers, suppliers and potential business partners, particularly from China.
• Source industrial machinery, spare parts, printing equipment, inks, consumables and related products based on market and customer requirements.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers regarding product specifications, pricing, MOQ, lead time, payment terms and commercial matters.
• Evaluate and compare suppliers/products and negotiate competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential overseas suppliers.

Procurement & Import Coordination

• Coordinate procurement activities from requirement identification to order confirmation and shipment.
• Follow up PI, purchase orders, production, inspection, packing and shipment with overseas suppliers.
• Coordinate LC/TT payment and commercial/shipping documentation with Finance, Commercial and Logistics teams.
• Monitor shipment schedules and maintain proper supplier, order and shipment records.

Business Development & Market Expansion

• Conduct market research to identify new products, technologies, brands and business opportunities.
• Explore potential international brands/manufacturers for new partnerships and product representation.
• Identify products and solutions with potential for introduction and expansion in Bangladesh.
• Support Sales & Marketing with product information, supplier capabilities, pricing and market intelligence.
• Assist Management in evaluating new products, brands and business opportunities.
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Commercial, Logistics and Service teams for smooth business execution.
• Coordinate product-related technical queries, spare parts and after-sales requirements with overseas suppliers and the Service Department.
