Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within Textile, Garments, Signage and general industrial machinery sales lead & management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with factory owners, managing directors, production managers, and procurement teams’ procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
Lead and support the sales team in achieving individual and departmental targets.
Conduct client visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and business discussions.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery, equipment, and industrial solutions.
Manage complete sales process from lead generation to negotiation, order confirmation, and payment follow-up.
Prepare and review quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution, delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales pipeline, customer activities, and project status for timely conversion.
Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing trends, and business opportunities.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and industrial networking events to promote company products and services.
Prepare periodic sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analysis for management review.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
