Distribution / Sales related.
Achieve zonal sales, revenue, distribution, and KPI targets as per company objectives.
Conduct regular root cause analysis on growth, de-growth, and business performance trends, and implement corrective action plans and take full ownership and accountability for all sales, distribution, operational, and compliance activities within the assigned zone.
Analyze sales, distribution, market, and operational data to identify business opportunities and performance gaps and ensure proper manpower planning, employee deployment, productivity monitoring, and adherence to approved itineraries.
Monitor daily sales tracking, forecasting, achievement trends, and variance analysis to ensure target attainment and maintain optimum stock levels of SIM, HLR, devices Scratch Cards (SC), and other products at Distribution Points (DPs) and in the trade market.
Monitor financial and accounting activities of Distribution Points (DP), including cash management, stock reconciliation, and variance control and prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide recommendations based on market demand and business trends.
Ensure accurate and timely Robi RDMS, SAP, and other system-related data entry and reporting across the zone.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, audit requirements, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.
Monitor DP performances, profitability, credit management, and operational compliance.
Monitor DSR, TI & AI’s performance and take corrective actions where required and Identify business risks, market threats, and operational challenges and develop mitigation plans.
Prepare periodic business reviews, presentations, and management reports for senior leadership and Support strategic projects and undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
