Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in line with Akij Bathware business goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand the market.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where needed.
Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets for Bath ware products.
Increase market share in the Bathware segment.
Build strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.
Ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty for ROSA.
Work closely with marketing and production teams to align growth plans.
Prepare and manage the regional sales budget for maximum ROI.
