• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Flooring & Construction Chemicals industry.

• Proven track record in sales and marketing, with familiarity in digital marketing and social media engagement.

• Skills & Expertise:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bangla.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Basic knowledge of internet browsing, emailing, and social media use.

• A valid driving license and willingness to travel.

• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Understand customer needs and market dynamics to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Manage and update client databases and sales records.
• Create detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans and ensure targets are met.
• Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Work under pressure to achieve corporate goals while managing multiple tasks.
• Regular reporting to the Manager, with market analysis and forecasting.
• Oversee social media engagement (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to maintain an active online presence and connect with potential clients.
