Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Identify new feed mills, poultry farms, fish feed manufacturers, and industrial customers.

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers.

  • Generate new business opportunities and increase market share.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and market analysis reports.

  • Monitor sales trends of spare parts and machinery components.

  • Visit customers regularly and understand operational requirements.

  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Assign sales territories and customer portfolios.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  • Monitor outstanding receivables and collection performance.

  • Analyze sales performance against targets.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Provide quotations for spare parts and machinery components.

  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders.

  • Coordinate with warehouse for order preparation and dispatch.

  • Ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers.

  • Update customer records and order status.

  • Maintain customer databases and sales records.

  • Track pending quotations and follow-up status.

  • Understand feed mill machinery spare parts specifications.

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable spare parts.

  • Coordinate with technical/service engineers when required.
