Additional Requirements:
- Age 20 to 28 years
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, manpower, customer service, or business development is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and online communication tools
Responsibilities & Context:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and conversions.
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews.
Update and maintain CRM, customer records, and databases.
Prepare reports, perform data entry, and manage documentation.
Provide customer support and assist with daily administrative tasks.
Role Focus: 80% Telesales 20% Administrative Support.
