JOB OVERVIEW
The Sales & Administrative Representative is responsible for generating leads, managing B2B/B2C client communication, and closing deals — while also handling the day-to-day administrative operations of the local office. This dual-function role ensures both commercial growth and smooth internal office management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & Lead Generation
• Identify and contact potential clients (B2B and B2C) to present company services
• Maintain and update lead databases on an ongoing basis
• Conduct regular follow-up activities to nurture client relationships and close deals
• Track personal sales results and report to management
2. Client Communication & Relationship Management
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Support acquisition of new business through consistent and structured outreach
• Prepare and manage client proposals or service documentation as needed
3. Office Administration (approx. 1–2 hours/day)
• Manage payments to local suppliers (rent, utilities, and related services)
• Office supply ordering
• Maintain and file accounting documents: invoices, receipts, and expense records
• Handle secretarial tasks: correspondence, scheduling, archiving, staff attendence
• Ensure smooth daily office workflow and coordinate with team members
• Act as point of contact between office staff and upper management
4. Reporting & Internal Coordination
• Provide regular performance and activity reports to management
• Participate in daily/weekly check-ins with the Network or Branch Manager
• Support client onboarding with administrative documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in sales, client-facing roles, or office administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable handling financial documents and supplier relationships
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across both sales and admin duties
