• Graduate / Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/Marketing background will get preference).

• Educational background can be relaxed for highly experienced individuals.

• Age At least 20 years

• Candidates with good proficiency in English will be given high preference.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Must be smart, energetic, and self-motivated to work in the field.

• Strong networking abilities and a result-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work under target pressure.

• Actively search for new clients, generate leads, and promote the company's interior design and construction services.

• Visit potential project sites, corporate offices, and residential clients to pitch design services.

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, developers, and corporate leads

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and engineering team to present suitable solutions.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

• Collect market feedback, analyze competitors, and report market updates to top management.
