• Visit retail shops, wholesalers, and market areas to promote and sell company plastic household products.

• Take orders from customers and ensure regular product supply to assigned market areas.

• Develop and maintain good relationships with shop owners and dealers.

• Introduce new products, explain product features, quality, and benefits to customers.

• Increase sales by identifying new customers and expanding market coverage.

• Collect market feedback regarding customer demand, competitor products, and pricing.

• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding orders, availability, and delivery updates.

• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with the delivery team for timely product delivery.

• Collect payments from customers according to company policy and maintain records of outstanding dues.

• Prepare daily sales reports, order reports, and customer visit reports.

• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and payment collections.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company sales growth.

• Handle customer complaints and provide necessary support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company professionally while visiting markets and dealing with customers.
