Responsibilities & Context:
Must have experience in making air ticket reservations using GDS.
Must be an expert in using Galileo, Amadeus, and Sabre.
Must have expert knowledge of domestic/ international, online, and group booking of tickets.
Must have fast and efficient communication skills with clients and about their queries.
Must be able to make reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Respond to customer queries quickly for Fare search, Fare quote, Booking, Issuing, Re-issue, Cancellation, Void, Refunds, and EMD.
Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, accounts and others accordingly.
Must follow the Airlines terms and conditions and ADM policies.
