Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's financial services within assigned territories.

• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers in accordance with company procedures.

• Assist customers in opening accounts through the DrutoLoan App and guide them through the service enrollment process.

• Achieve monthly sales, customer acquisition, and activation targets.

• Explore and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market area.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct regular field visits and customer follow-ups.

• Prepare and submit daily activity, sales, and performance reports to management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum HSC (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Acquisition, or Mobile Financial Services (MFS) will be considered an advantage.

• Candidates residing in or near the assigned work area will be given preference.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven mindset.

• Ability to build relationships and engage effectively with customers.

• Comfortable working in outdoor, field-based environments.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
