Responsibilities & Context:
* Promote and sell ownership/share opportunities of the company’s hospitality and tourism projects.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, corporate clients, and business partners.
* Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-up activities.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis reports.
* Collaborate with management in developing sales strategies and business plans.
* Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
