Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve share ownership sales targets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and revenue generation.
Identify potential investors and clients for hotel share ownership projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, and business partners.
Conduct sales presentations, project briefings, and client meetings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
