Experience Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

  2. Candidates with experience in Automobile Parts, Automotive Filters, Lubricants, Batteries, Tyres, or Auto Accessories sales will be given priority.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand sales in assigned territories across Bangladesh.

  • Visit distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, workshops, and spare parts markets regularly.

  • Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and business partners.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

  • Promote Folder brand products through professional sales presentations and demonstrations.

  • Conduct regular market visits to collect competitor information, pricing, and market trends.

  • Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments, and after-sales service.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and visit reports.

  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in promotional campaigns, dealer meetings, trade fairs, and product launches.

  • Maintain proper records of customer information and sales activities.

  • Provide market feedback and recommend strategies to increase sales and market share.

  • Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.
