• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Dry cell (Battery), Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline.

MBA in Marketing will be considered an added advantage.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Dry cell (Battery), Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer

• Age 30 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, workshops, and fleet customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within assigned territories.

• Recruit, train, and supervise sales representatives and field sales teams.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.

• Conduct regular market visits and dealer development activities.

• Ensure collection of payments and maintain healthy receivable status.

• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence reports.

• Organize promotional campaigns, dealer meetings, and product awareness programs.

• Coordinate with production, inventory, and management teams to ensure product availability.

• Achieve sales growth and market share targets for all company product lines.
