Experience:
Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly sales, distribution, and collection targets.
Ensure product availability and visibility in retail and wholesale markets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Recruit, train, and supervise Sales Representatives (SRs).
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market feedback reports.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers and distributors.
Execute company sales and marketing strategies in the assigned area.
BBA or MBA in Marketing, Management, or a related business discipline from a recognised university.
Candidates with relevant FMCG sales experience will be given preference.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Experience in snacks, chips, biscuits, confectionery, or beverage industry will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of the Rangpur or Cumilla market and distributor network.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
