Responsibilities & Context:
Position: Factory Management Trainee (Future Supervisor Program)

Location: Keraniganj, Dhaka
Salary During Training Period: Negotiable
Working Hours:
08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
6 Days Per Week
Free accommodation inside factory premises.
Candidates willing to stay at the factory are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
* Learn factory operations and management processes.
* Work closely with production, packaging, and warehouse teams.
* Maintain attendance, production, and inventory records.
* Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Assist with worker coordination and communication.
* Support recruitment, training, and administrative activities.
Training Program:
At Wang Wang Ltd., we believe future managers should first understand factory operations from the ground level.
All Management Trainees are required to spend time working directly in different factory departments before taking management responsibilities.
Training areas include:
* Production Operations
* Material Handling
* Packaging
* Sealing
* Packing
* Warehouse Operations
The objective is to understand the daily work, challenges, and responsibilities of factory employees before moving into management roles.
Requirements:
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
