Responsibilities & Context:
Wang Wang Ltd / Mr. Tony Snacks is looking for smart and responsible candidates for Customer Service, Online Sales and Facebook Page Management work.
The candidate will handle customer communication through Facebook, WhatsApp and phone, take customer orders, keep customer records and support online sales activities for 5 Tk and 10 Tk snack products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reply to customer messages on Facebook, WhatsApp and phone
- Handle customer inquiries about product, flavor, price, order and delivery
- Receive customer orders and keep proper customer records
- Manage Facebook Page messages and online customer communication
- Support online marketing activities and promotional posts
- Follow up retail customers, small shop customers and online inquiries
- Report daily customer inquiries and order information to the company
- Coordinate with the company team for order confirmation and delivery information
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers
