Responsibilities & Context:
Drive project sales, meet monthly/quarterly targets, and negotiate to close deals.
Implement promotional campaigns, conduct market research on competitors and pricing, and manage digital lead generation activities.
Meet with prospective clients to present properties, conduct site visits, and build long-term relationships for referrals.
Prepare sales documentation, client agreements, and booking forms while coordinating with legal and finance teams for seamless transactions.
Collaborate with senior management on strategic sales plans, provide market feedback, and prepare reports on sales activities.
Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive management.
Overseeing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing and managing property handovers.
Proven experience in real estate sales and team management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment needs.
Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales.
