Key Responsibilities

1.Contact potential clients through outbound and inbound phone calls.

2.Introduce and explain company services in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.

3.Convince potential clients to purchase our services.

4.Handle client questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

5.Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales and client acquisition targets.

6.Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Requirements

1Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Client Acquisition, Telesales, Telemarketing, Sales, Business Development, or a similar field.

2.Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4.Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and convert potential clients.

5.Confident and professional telephone communication skills.

6.Proven ability to achieve sales and client acquisition targets.
