Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media.

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

  • Record customer interactions and update customer databases/CRM systems.

  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.

  • Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.

  • Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or A-Level qualification. (H.S.C is not acceptable)

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or customer support is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
