Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Record customer interactions and update customer databases/CRM systems.
Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or A-Level qualification. (H.S.C is not acceptable)
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or customer support is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
