মার্কেট রিসার্চ ও ফিডব্যাক সংগ্রহ করা
প্রতিদিন/সাপ্তাহিক রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা
অফিসিয়াল ডকুমেন্টেশন ও তথ্য সংরক্ষণ
